How does Preview work?

Once you’ve scheduled your shipment, you’ll receive an email to let you know when Preview is ready. You’ll get to peek at a curated selection of 7 items just for you. You can select or decline any pieces, ultimately choosing 5 items to include in your shipment. 

You’ve got 30 hours to take a look.

If you don’t make a selection within 30 hours or prefer a surprise, your stylist will ship the 5 items picked out for you.

• After your Preview selections have been submitted, you'll be unable to make any changes.
• Your Preview window cannot be extended or reopened.
• Color or sizing swaps aren't currently available for Preview items.

How to Preview Your Items

• To open your Preview, select My Set from the navigation once logged into your account.
• You can also open your Preview directly from your email. 
• Click on Select Your Items.
• You can review each item and select either Decline or Send, choosing 5 items to include in your shipment.
• Complete your preview by selecting Submit.
